Please note that when you first click on help, you will have the opportunity to search our FAQ section. Please take advantage of this as there might be a document there that will answer your question. If you do not see anything there that will help, click on contact us and fill out the form. Please be sure to include any pictures or short videos that show the issue you’re experiencing as they will enable us to get you a solution faster.

Once the ticket is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of the ticket submission and you will be contacted by an IColor™ DTF Technician within one business day.. If you have trouble logging a ticket, or do not receive a confirmation, you may also email and include the required information in each field.

For non-warranty or enhanced software support or training, please pre-purchase support time by clicking HERE and a support rep will reach out to you within 1 business day to setup a time slot with you.

This support site is NOT for DTF printer onboarding. When your printer was purchased you should have been sent a link to schedule a date and time for that in Calendly. Please use that to schedule your onboarding.
