Support is provided free of charge to original owners of IColor™ printers for warranty related hardware issues or questions.

For used / 2nd hand printers or enhanced software support or training, you will need to purchase the proper support package HERE. If you aren’t sure of which package to purchase, please include that information in the details when you log your ticket.

We can also help if you need help setting up your IColor™ Printer if you require a personal walkthrough. Service includes initial set up, driver and software installation, remote PC control and step by step instruction to get you up and running. Please pre-purchase support time by purchasing the Level 2 Support Package HERE and a support rep will reach out to you within 1 business day to setup a time slot with you.
