Printhead Cleaning Solution™

Use to flush printheads and resolve minor clogs.
For damper/CIS systems: Flush the printheads manually using a syringe and tubing.
For cartridge-based systems: Fill cleaning cartridges and run up to three cleaning cycles.
Do not use for wet capping.

Xtreme Cleaning Solution™

Use to flush continuous ink tubing (e.g., when changing ink types) and to help resolve stubborn or severe printhead clogs.
For printhead cleaning, this is a last-resort solution. Always try the regular Printhead Cleaning Solution first, as the XTREME formula is stronger.
For damper/CIS systems:
Flush the printheads directly with this solution.
For cartridge-based systems:
Fill cleaning cartridges and run up to three cleaning cycles.
Do not use for wet capping.

Capping Solution™

Use for printhead wet capping to help prevent clogs.
Apply only to saturate the printhead resting cap at the end of the business day.
Not intended for printhead cleaning or unclogging— use Cleaning Solution or Xtreme Cleaning Solution for those purposes.
For long-term maintenance (e.g., extended downtime or vacations), use Maintenance Solution instead.

Printhead Maintenance Solution™

Designed for printhead preservation during downtime (“Vacation Mode”).
Use when your printer will be idle for an extended period—from a few days up to 30 days. This solution helps maintain the printhead’s condition, minimizing performance loss while not in use.
When used as recommended, your printhead will remain in similar condition and quality as when it was last in operation.

NOTE:

This Maintenance Solution does not clean or unclog printheads, nor does it restore damaged ones. It is designed to keep printheads lubricated and preserve them in their current condition.
Before use, ensure your printheads are in good working condition with no clogs or gaps in nozzle tests. If needed, clean them first using the Cleaning Solution or Xtreme Cleaning Solution.

Usage Guidelines:
  • Damper/CIS systems: Apply 1–2 ml per ink chamber (e.g., a 6-channel printer yields approximately 10–20 maintenance uses per 100 ml).
  • Cartridge-based systems: Fill maintenance cartridges with the solution.

Use only as a preventative maintenance step—not as a cleaning or recovery solution.

De-Plasticizing Solution™

Use to remove solidified ink buildup around the printhead, capping station, and wiper blade.
Apply gently with cleaning swabs to affected areas for effective removal of hardened ink residue.
Do not insert this solution into the capping station or printhead channels.

Last Chance Cleaning Solution™

When all else fails, this is your final attempt to revive severely clogged or “dead” printheads.
Designed to tackle the most extreme clogs, this powerful solution can also be used to flush heavily blocked ink tubing. While results are not guaranteed, it has helped restore printheads that were otherwise considered beyond recovery.

Important:
  • Do not use for wet capping.
  • Do not leave inside the printhead.
  • After use, run a cleaning cycle with regular Cleaning Solution.

Use only as a last-resort recovery option.
